Welcome to Workshape
Workshape is a dedicated, daily active rehabilitation clinic. We design our programs according to individual needs to return clients to their pre-injury levels of function. Our programs incorporate
- core and strength training,
- range of motion and stretching,
- education,
- hydrotherapy, and
- functional workouts.
We also offer return to work support services including
- work site assessments,
- graduated return to work design, and
- monitoring.
Our services are available to private insurers, industry, ICBC and WorkSafeBC.
